This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Manage compensation and equity programs from start to finish for a global, distributed workforce.
β’ Oversee market pricing and band structures across various levels, job families, and regions including the U.S., Canada, India, and the UK.
β’ Maintain the Jobs Table as the authoritative source and ensure consistency across systems.
β’ Lead the yearly band refresh, including cost modeling for changes in levels and bands.
β’ Evaluate internal pay relativities, job architecture, leveling, and titling decisions.
β’ Provide guidance to recruiters, People Business Partners, and leaders on compensation bands, levels, offers, promotions, off-cycle adjustments, relocations, and retention packages.
β’ Price executive and difficult-to-benchmark roles in collaboration with external advisors.
β’ Collaborate with RevOps and Finance on compensation plans for quota-carrying roles.
β’ Manage the annual rewards cycle in Pave, model budgets by country, and report results to People leadership.
β’ Oversee the Company Performance Plan and other bonus initiatives.
β’ Administer one-time bonuses, spot bonuses, retention bonuses, and milestone awards, including approval workflows and award letters.
β’ Collaborate on bonus plan design for acquired teams and international employees.
β’ Work on equity strategy, modeling equity budgets, and preparing Board proposals.
β’ Benchmark equity for new hires, promotions, and executive grants.
β’ Provide advice on equity treatment for international relocations, new countries, and acquisitions.
β’ Manage quarterly grant cycles submitted for Board approval.
β’ Reconcile equity data across Shareworks, HiBob, and Pave.
β’ Lead employee education on equity matters.
β’ Utilize candidate compensation data from Ashby to monitor pay outcomes and identify when bands require reassessment.
β’ Assist with pay equity reviews and ensure posted pay ranges are up to date.
β’ Identify opportunities to automate repetitive compensation and equity workflows using AI-driven tools.
β’ Report to the VP of Total Rewards & People Operations, collaborating with Finance, FP&A, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, RevOps, and Finance.
β’ Over 7 years of compensation experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology firm operating across multiple regions.
β’ Extensive knowledge in market pricing, job matching, and band construction utilizing compensation survey data.
β’ Experience with Radford is highly preferred.
β’ Practical experience with equity strategy and operations, including grant guidelines, Board approval processes, and equity administration platforms like Shareworks.
β’ Background in administering bonus and variable pay plans and managing compensation cycles using platforms such as Pave.
β’ Advanced skills in spreadsheet and HRIS data modeling.
β’ Ability to convert analysis into clear recommendations for leaders, maintain data integrity, and exercise sound judgment with highly confidential information.
β’ Exposure to international compensation (Canada, India, UK) or sales compensation design is advantageous.
β’ CCP/CEP certification is a plus.
β’ Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, such as Claude, is an asset.
