This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee analytics for managed care and organized clientele.
• Develop strategies for payers and providers concerning the medical benefit portfolio.
• Provide integrated analyses and insights to teams handling coverage and pricing.
• Track, diagnose, and tackle payer-related obstacles and challenges.
• Collaborate with US Payer Marketing, Pricing/Contracting, and Brand Marketing teams.
• Establish and prioritize analytics and insights plans that support the value and access strategy.
• Analyze datasets from the pharmaceutical ecosystem, including medical and pharmacy claims, prescriptions, outlets, and chargeback data.
• Supervise and deliver managed markets analysis, including formulary positioning, utilization management controls, customer segmentation, and assessment of control/sophistication.
• Prepare, refine, and present periodic reports monitoring product and portfolio performance.
• Implement analytics plans utilizing patient-level claims, payer claims, formulary coverage, and specialty pharmacy data.
• Constructively challenge teams with disconfirming information and promote innovative problem-solving.
• Foster relationships with cross-functional partners and provide continuous support.
• Conduct longitudinal patient-level analysis, time-series modeling, customer segmentation, and issue diagnostics.
• Create data analytics models that yield strategic, actionable business insights.
• Report to the Director of Value & Access Analytics and Insights.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of business experience OR Master’s degree with 4 years of business experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of business experience OR Associate’s degree with 10 years of business experience OR High school diploma / GED with 12 years of business experience.
• Practical experience in analytics concerning products with Medical benefit and Pharmacy benefit utilization.
• Previous work experience with buy-and-bill products and familiarity with provider reimbursement/NCR analytics.
• Prior background in contracts and pricing, direct payer engagements, or value marketing.
• Fundamental understanding of the US payer landscape and the U.S. healthcare market.
• Excellent conceptual problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, along with executive presence.
• Strong command over complexity and ambiguity.
• Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to influence diverse styles.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare within the biopharmaceutical sector, healthcare, and/or strategy consulting, particularly concerning coverage, access, and reimbursement drivers.
• High level of analytical and problem-solving proficiency.
• Solid understanding of business strategies.
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python, and Microsoft Excel.
