This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.
• Oversee the strategy, execution, and enhancement of HR technology solutions.
• Manage daily human resources operations and assist the team in achieving quality results.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex Workday L2/L3 cases across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Integrations.
• Handle urgent or sensitive escalations from Tier 1 analysts and HR/TA stakeholders.
• Provide decision-making and risk management for significant issues impacting hiring, pay, or executive populations.
• Supervise HRIS backlog prioritization and regular refinement forums.
• Ensure that documentation and governance controls are established.
• Lead and support the functional HRIS team across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Absence.
• Guide configuration strategies, Change Requests, project work, tenant strategy, sequencing, dependencies, testing, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate SOW preparation, internal approvals, VP signature routing via DocuSign, and ensure commercial and contractual compliance.
• Maintain oversight of active AMS and project SOWs.
• Conduct release impact assessments, change gating and evidence, deployment coordination, and post-release stabilization.
• Manage BAU delivery, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and benefit enrollment events.
• Conduct Workday security/data reviews and access governance.
• Analyze security requirements and implement appropriate checks and balances with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate weekly team and quarterly SLT governance forums.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in HR technology management, including the implementation and oversight of major HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities with a proven track record of aligning technology with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering a high-quality employee experience through technology.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 5% of the time.
