πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee workforce planning, forecasting, capacity modeling, and labor optimization projects across various FBO locations.

β€’ Manage and mentor Workforce Optimization team members through guidance, coaching, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.

β€’ Collaborate with field leadership to create labor strategies, develop hiring plans, make staffing recommendations, optimize schedules, and manage labor costs.

β€’ Supervise workforce modeling activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective application of labor planning methodologies.

β€’ Provide direct support to 15-20 bases for their labor strategy, execution, and planning activities.

β€’ Convert workforce, operational, and financial data into actionable insights for leaders at all organizational levels.

β€’ Track workforce performance metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancing productivity, labor utilization, service delivery, and cost efficiency.

β€’ Spearhead the implementation of workforce management initiatives and support organizational change efforts related to labor planning and workforce effectiveness.

β€’ Lead cross-functional projects involving Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Revenue Management, and Continuous Improvement teams.

β€’ Create and present business reviews, executive-ready recommendations, and presentations that communicate workforce trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.

β€’ Identify and remove obstacles to execution through process enhancements, automation, and innovative workforce solutions.

β€’ Provide leadership for enterprise workforce planning initiatives while ensuring the execution of operational priorities at the field level.

β€’ Act as a subject matter expert on workforce optimization principles, labor performance management, and best practices in workforce planning.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

β€’ 5-8 years of experience in workforce planning, labor management, capacity planning, forecasting, operational analytics, finance, or similar analytical fields.

β€’ 1-3 years of experience leading projects, workstreams, or managing direct reports in a professional setting.

β€’ Proven experience in developing workforce strategies and translating analytical insights into actionable business decisions.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to influence leaders across various functional areas through data-driven recommendations.

β€’ Experience in supporting operational leaders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

β€’ Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership audiences.

β€’ Track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on talent development and building high-performing teams.

β€’ Advanced analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.

β€’ Familiarity with workforce planning methodologies, scheduling strategies, labor productivity metrics, and performance management frameworks.

β€’ Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives from inception to implementation.

β€’ Exceptional business acumen with the capacity to balance operational, financial, and workforce considerations.

β€’ Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various organizational levels without direct authority.

β€’ Skilled at transforming complex data into engaging business narratives and executive-level recommendations.

β€’ Experience in promoting process improvements, automation efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

β€’ Ability to manage ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions using both quantitative and qualitative inputs.

β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and workforce analytics tools.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 20-25% as needed.
