Senior Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with Telecom Service Brokers and Sub-agents.

• Support agents throughout the sales process by offering proposals and assisting with customer and prospect management.

• Inform the Sub-Agents community about Zayo's comprehensive product portfolio to enhance revenue growth and ensure a superior partner experience.

• Leverage knowledge of customers, industry trends, and services to achieve revenue objectives.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales performance and activities using Zayo's CRM tool and additional reporting systems.

• Generate precise and timely forecasts for sales opportunities.

• Keep thorough records of agent and customer interactions for sales and forecasting documentation.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain agent and customer satisfaction while reaching revenue targets.

• Balance the dynamics of teamwork with independent contributions to the overall success of the role.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Channel Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent four-year college education.

• At least three (3) years of experience in solution selling to large accounts.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Channel Sales.

• Established connections with key Telecom Service Distributors and Sub-Agents.

• A proven track record of consistently meeting targeted sales objectives.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

• In-depth understanding of Zayo Network's value proposition, products, and services, including Ethernet, Wavelength, IP transport, Dark Fiber, Custom Access, and Colocation.

• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
