Workday Financials Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement, configure, and enhance Workday Financials solutions for clients.

• Lead or support the execution of Workday Financials implementations.

• Collaborate with consultants to gather requirements and set up solutions.

• Partner with clients to comprehend business needs and offer functional expertise.

• Assess financial processes and suggest enhancements leveraging Workday best practices.

• Provide functional guidance for legacy data conversion during deployment and optimization.

• Conduct testing and troubleshoot issues.

• Assist end-users with inquiries and challenges related to Workday Finance functionality.

• Participate in the development and delivery of training sessions for finance teams.

• Remain informed about Workday enhancements and features while recommending improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday Certification in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), or Contracts to Cash (C2C) is required; additional certifications are a plus.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday Financials.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with key financial processes and accounting principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.

• Capability to troubleshoot and efficiently resolve system issues.
