Lead Analyst, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and deliver regular and on-demand sales performance, quota, and target reports for sales leadership utilizing advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

• Oversee quota and sales target processes, which include baseline creation, realignments, historical tracking, and the annual quota planning cycle.

• Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting and data utilized for sales performance evaluations, leadership presentations, and planning initiatives.

• Identify efficiencies, streamline reporting processes, and enhance data accessibility and reliability through process improvement efforts.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT departments.

• Resolve complex operational issues independently.

• Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the manager based on business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems, or equivalent; certifications are a plus.

• 5 years of pertinent experience in analytics, reporting, business planning, finance, sales operations, or related domains.

• 3 years of experience with Power BI and SQL for data querying, transformation, and visualization.

• Familiarity with quota management, target setting, planning processes, and performance analytics.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams and articulate data and solutions.
