Workday Financials Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead or assist in the deployment of Workday Financials.

• Collaborate with fellow consultants to gather requirements and tailor solutions.

• Partner with clients to comprehend their business needs and offer functional expertise.

• Ensure that Workday solutions are in line with client objectives.

• Assess existing financial processes and suggest enhancements utilizing Workday best practices.

• Provide functional guidance for the conversion of legacy data during deployment and optimization.

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to guarantee system effectiveness.

• Assist end-users with inquiries and issues related to Workday Finance.

• Foster user acceptance.

• Contribute to the creation and delivery of training sessions for finance teams.

• Remain informed about Workday enhancements and features, and recommend improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday Certification in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), or Contracts to Cash (C2C).

• Over 3 years of experience with Workday Financials.

• Familiarity with key financial processes and accounting principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
