Workday Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Finance Leaders and clients to evaluate work process design and workflows.

• Enhance processes and utilize technological advancements.

• Establish and sustain configurations for the Workday Financial System.

• Offer subject matter expertise to cross-departmental teams.

• Oversee projects and implement process enhancements.

• Detect issues, challenges, and opportunities.

• Propose improvements for processes and customer service along with innovative solutions.

• Facilitate training sessions and onboard new system users.

• Deliver production support for Workday and other Financial Systems.

• Investigate and resolve issues, unexpected outcomes, and process deficiencies.

• Execute scheduled tasks and engage in release management.

• Adhere to system governance and change control protocols.

• Create solutions and reports that address business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree.

• Background in finance.

• Experience in project management.

• Proficiency in Workday Financial System configuration and development.

• Familiarity with data integrity, testing, implementation, report generation, and data flow analysis.

• Experience in change management.

• Capability to create reports and solutions for intricate business requirements.

• Competence in conducting training and developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.

• Ability to comply with system governance and change control policies and procedures.
