This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the vision and long-term strategy for Finance Data & Analytics encompassing financial and business data, analytics, reporting, automation, and artificial intelligence.
• Assess progress using well-defined success metrics.
• Act as a strategic collaborator across FP&A, Finance, business units, enterprise functions, Technology and Data teams, as well as executive leadership.
• Integrate financial, commercial, customer, and operational data for a comprehensive view of enterprise performance.
• Convert data into actionable insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for senior management.
• Create a reliable and governed data foundation in collaboration with Technology and Data.
• Enhance management reporting and business intelligence through Power BI, dashboards, self-service analytics, and driver-based insights.
• Merge CRM and commercial data to increase visibility into pipeline, bookings, revenue, retention, and profitability.
• Design and implement a roadmap for AI, advanced analytics, and automation in forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, scenario modeling, and anomaly detection.
• Build, nurture, and motivate a high-performing Finance Data & Analytics team.
• Develop an operating model and talent capabilities that foster accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Enhance forecasting, performance management, and KPI reporting in partnership with business and functional leaders.
• Establish reliable, uniformly defined enterprise metrics.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative working methods.
• Foster stakeholder alignment for sustained enhancements in decision-making.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, lead, and retain high-caliber talent.
• Complete annual performance reviews or goal-setting tasks and manage assigned special projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• An advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, data and analytics, business intelligence, technology, or transformation.
• Extensive leadership experience within a complex, multi-business-unit organization.
• Strong financial and business acumen, covering FP&A, forecasting, planning, financial statements, and performance management.
• Proven track record in leading data, analytics, technology, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in building, developing, and managing high-performing teams across analytical, financial, technical, and business domains.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, integration, business intelligence, and self-service analytics.
• Substantial experience using Microsoft Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce.
• Experience in integrating commercial information with financial and operational data.
• Experience with enterprise planning, forecasting, ERP, data warehouse/lakehouse, or automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI and advanced analytics with applicable business use cases.
• Ability to collaborate with data architects, engineers, and technology leaders, translating technical concepts into financial and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Capacity to distill complex information into clear insights and recommendations for senior executives.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of intricate financial, operational, commercial, and technical information.
• Strong analytical reasoning, systems thinking, and judgment skills.
• Capacity to structure and resolve complex issues where information may be incomplete or ambiguous.
• Ability to link operational and commercial activities to financial outcomes.
• Proficiency in translating between financial, business, analytical, and technical concepts.
• Competence in evaluating competing priorities and options.
• Capability to lead during organizational and technological changes and manage multiple complex initiatives.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential information.
• Must have access to high-speed internet and maintain an appropriate office setup.
