This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• - **Role Overview:**

• Independently executes HRIS module configurations, oversees client interactions, and contributes to project delivery while developing functional expertise.

• - **Key Duties:**

• - **Requirements Gathering & Design:** Collaborate with client SMEs to collect business requirements and document functional specifications. Provide guidance on system design alternatives and HRIS best practices.

• - **Configuration & Data Migration:** Set up and test modules to fulfill client needs. Carry out or assist with data migration tasks as necessary.

• - **Client Engagement:** Facilitate comprehensive demos and UAT walkthroughs for client evaluation. Gather and analyze feedback to implement system modifications.

• - **Training & Documentation:** Provide training for end-users on various modules. Generate BRDs, training resources, and all relevant project documentation.

• - **Post-Go-Live Support:** Address post-implementation issues within established SLAs. Execute minor enhancements based on client input.

• **Functional Competency:**

• - **Requirement Gathering:** Captures clear business needs during workshops with moderate guidance.

• - **Functional Expertise:** Configuring and troubleshooting with increasing confidence.

• **Behavioural Competency:**

• - **Consulting Skills:** Guides workshops and derives insights from discussions.

• - **Communication:** Articulates ideas clearly and keeps stakeholders updated.

• - **Task Ownership:** Manages responsibilities with minimal reminders.

• - **Attention to Detail:** Reviews work meticulously, minimizing preventable errors.

• - **Client Orientation:** Balances client demands with solution viability.

• - **Problem Solving:** Investigates root causes and suggests solutions for common challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• - A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• - 2–4 years of experience in HRIS Implementation / Support / End User roles.

• - Practical experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.

• - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management abilities.

• - Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (mandatory).
