Business Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops for business process analysis with stakeholders to thoroughly map out current processes from start to finish.

• Recognize gaps and areas for enhancement across personnel, processes, and technology.

• Collaborate with Dayforce configuration leads to ensure alignment of process modifications with platform best practices.

• Create and present stakeholder presentations that convert analysis findings into practical recommendations.

• Engage directly in process optimization initiatives from day one.

• Work alongside leads to showcase refined processes to clients for approval.

• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and confidently lead discussions.

• Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills, along with proficiency in client presentations.

• Capability to gather requirements from stakeholders effectively.

• High energy and confidence in facilitating workshops.

• Proactive and solution-focused mindset.

• Ability to quickly adapt to a large, dynamic team environment.

• Experience in business process optimization or organizational change management.

• Knowledge of Dayforce and its fundamental capabilities (Core HR, Workforce Management, Payroll) is essential.

• Proven experience in creating and delivering polished presentations to stakeholders.

• Bilingualism in French and English is preferred; proficiency in English alone is acceptable.

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 4 to 5 years of pertinent experience in business process advisory roles.

• Government of Canada security clearance (reliability status) is mandatory.

• Must have lived in Canada for a minimum of 5 years to qualify for the required clearance.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder).
