Senior Cloud Applications Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist enterprise clients by ensuring the reliability and performance of OpenText Cloud environments.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate issues.

• Manage production systems effectively.

• Work collaboratively with Product Support, IT, Engineering, and various cross-functional teams.

• Address critical problems and enhance service delivery.

• Contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the success of OpenText cloud solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting enterprise-level, multi-tier applications within an IT or consulting framework.

• Fundamental understanding of Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with ITIL-based service delivery methodologies.

• Proficiency in Windows and UNIX administration.

• Scripting capabilities, including .sh, .bat, Java, and JavaScript.

• Skills in relational databases, particularly SQL Server and SQL.

• Knowledge of web servers such as IIS, Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
