This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and execution of patient-centric and outcomes research initiatives for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.

• Aid in the development and implementation of technological solutions tailored for patient-centered research, outcomes studies, and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR).

• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research involving patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee collaboration among internal and external cross-functional teams to facilitate product development.

• Generate reports, presentations, and workshops for client personnel, management teams, and additional stakeholders.

• Cultivate expertise in consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical landscape through various consulting projects and educational opportunities.

• Help in the formulation and drafting of proposals with guidance from senior team members.

• Participate in, support, and present at client meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.

• 3-5 years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Patient-Centered Research, Outcomes Research, Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs), Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), Real-World Evidence (RWE), epidemiology, or related healthcare research fields.

• Experience in supporting qualitative and/or quantitative research projects.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), consulting firms, or healthcare entities.

• Strong grasp of patient-reported outcomes and methodologies for evidence generation.

• A Master's Degree or Ph.D. with relevant commercial experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
