Consultor Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Prequalify leads identified as MQL by Marketing using the SQL criteria.

• Collaborate with the SDR agent on the contact database.

• Conduct understanding sessions with clients.

• Present the value proposition and conduct demonstrations.

• Listen to and document the client's pain points, their severity, and the case's size.

• Schedule additional sessions or create and send agenda items for data collection.

• Assign data collection tasks to the appropriate consultant.

• Participate in data collection sessions to learn the end-to-end process.

• Receive mentorship from senior consultants on the growth path to Consultant.

• Follow up on leads' emails until closure.

• Manage NDAs, vendor registration, contracts, and other administrative requirements of the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a commercial or consulting role, or recent graduates with relevant exposure.

• Proficiency in CRM and scheduling tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Calendly, or similar.

• Ability to smoothly run product demonstrations.

• Skill in drafting clear discovery documentation: pain points, severity, and case size.

• Intermediate English (B1+).

• Active listening skills focused on identifying pain points.

• Analytical foundation and business curiosity.

• Organizational skills to manage emails, documents, and commitments.

• Clear communication with managers and decision-makers.

• Ambition to grow into the Consultant role.
