Workday Business Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead cross-functional, system-oriented People Technology initiatives.

• Manage the complete delivery process for specified projects.

• Convert business requirements into clear, testable technical specifications.

• Ensure user adoption of implemented solutions.

• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance stakeholders to analyze existing processes and document specifications.

• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, risk assessment, and closure.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within Workday, Greenhouse, and other People Technology systems.

• Develop and maintain test scripts with traceability to requirements.

• Create clear user guides and launch communications.

• Provide updates on progress, decisions, and milestones.

• Offer configuration and troubleshooting assistance, focusing on precision and auditability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management capacity.

• Highly proficient in written communication, with a remarkable ability to produce detailed, accurate, and user-friendly documentation efficiently.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

• Experienced in Workday, with comprehensive hands-on experience navigating its functionalities as an advanced user.

• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

• Must be eligible to commence work in the U.S. on the first day of employment.
