This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and perform process reviews to uncover business needs and challenges.
• Analyze current operations, systems, and data flows to pinpoint opportunities for transformation.
• Assist in the development of business cases, benefits maps, and artifacts for strategic alignment.
• Design and document business models that illustrate interactions among processes, systems, and functions.
• Define business capabilities along with related requirements.
• Convert business needs into clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain traceability matrices that link requirements to objectives, KPIs, and compliance standards.
• Create board-ready documentation, process maps, and operational artifacts.
• Keep business models and architectural artifacts up to date.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and delivery teams to confirm feasibility and alignment.
• Assist with change control, impact assessments, UAT, defect triage, and post-implementation reviews.
• Evaluate business impacts and develop both business and IT requirements.
• Ensure that solutions uphold architectural and operational integrity.
• Support audit, legal, regulatory, governance, risk, and compliance activities.
• Participate in governance forums, steering groups, assurance reviews, and architecture assessments.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate workshops and review sessions, and communicate analysis findings.
• Aid in the definition of KPIs, performance tracking, and benefits realization.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and sustainable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of experience in supporting technology projects and programs.
• Experience in business analysis and business architecture within technology projects and programs.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., BCS, IIBA, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma).
• Strong comprehension of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to produce compliant, auditable documentation and architectural artifacts.
• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders, legal teams, and technical leads.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks within regulated sectors.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Visio, BPMN, and enterprise modeling platforms.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and compile outcomes and actions for various levels within the organization.
• Experience in construction, legal, or other regulated environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital twin, BIM, or sector-specific platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in supporting procurement, contract analysis, or supplier engagement is a plus.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights and business models.
