This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with business units throughout Amazon, Cargo, and Lean Six Sigma pillars to monitor and uphold improvement initiatives.
• Consistently implement standard benefit calculation methodologies and performance-tracking frameworks across all pillars.
• Discover and quantify efficiency opportunities through data analysis and teamwork with operational units.
• Create and maintain benefit-tracking models and dashboards that reflect realized and anticipated savings.
• Confirm cost savings, productivity enhancements, and other measurable outcomes with Finance and Continuous Improvement leaders.
• Execute regular audits and continuous monitoring to ensure data clarity and precision.
• Assist Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement initiatives through data gathering, benefit validation, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with CI leaders and Green Belt project owners to establish baselines, assess outcomes, and compute ROI.
• Offer analytical support for process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance benchmarking.
• Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and presentations that summarize progress, financial impact, and associated risks.
• Convert complex data into straightforward, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Support governance and reporting frameworks that promote accountability and informed decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between Operational Excellence, IT, and Data teams on data architecture, reporting, and analytics projects.
• Transform business requirements into technical solutions and assist with data-source integration and automated performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or project management.
• Demonstrated experience in quantifying and validating operational or financial benefits.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including modeling and pivot tables.
• Skilled in Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling abilities for executive audiences.
• Experience with SQL, databases, or scripting languages like Python or R.
• VBA knowledge is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
