This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist executive leadership in the formulation, assessment, and implementation of strategic initiatives and capital investment opportunities within the Medicare Advantage sector.
• Create data-driven business cases and measure both financial and non-financial advantages.
• Conduct analyses including ROI, NPV, payback period, and total cost of ownership.
• Prepare high-level presentations and recommendations for review and approval by leadership.
• Aid in the annual and multi-year capital planning processes.
• Assess and rank capital requests in relation to strategic goals, organizational value, and resource limitations.
• Maintain documentation for capital projects, business case repositories, and investment tracking tools.
• Track approved investments against expected benefits and business results.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and developments in the Medicare Advantage industry.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to uncover operational and strategic enhancement opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, clinical, financial, and member data.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Identify business drivers, risks, dependencies, and considerations for implementation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project sponsors, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate assumptions.
• Lead workshops, meetings, and interviews to evaluate business needs and opportunities.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide continuous support throughout the lifecycle of initiative planning and implementation.
• 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, management consulting, healthcare finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing business cases, financial models, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for synthesizing complex information.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across various functions with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams.
