Growth Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete analytics operations for paid media channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.

• Evaluate performance, develop testing hypotheses, and oversee the optimization cycle.

• Be responsible for channel efficiency, pCAC/ROAS, and volume.

• Design and lead the analytics configuration for new channels, such as Kwai and DSPs.

• Provide market benchmarks to expedite decision-making and uncover new growth avenues.

• Create and enhance AI agents and automations for the analysis and operations of paid media.

• Generate recurring reports, anomaly alerts, and data extractions.

• Implement User Acquisition practices and frameworks focusing on account structure, measurement, incrementality, and the creative lifecycle.

• Collaborate with the current operations team, sharing responsibilities while independently managing designated channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing a substantial budget in at least one major channel: Meta, Google, TikTok, or DSPs.

• Proven success in scaling investments while ensuring efficiency.

• Proficient in CAC/pCAC, ROAS, CPM, and CVR at each stage of the funnel.

• Capability to independently analyze performance using spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools.

• Regular utilization of AI in everyday tasks.

• A genuine interest in developing agents and automations.

• Readiness to autonomously manage a channel and oversee its daily operations.

• Ability to convert analysis into clear recommendations and substantiate hypotheses with data.

• Preferred: experience in launching new channels such as Kwai, DSPs, or programmatic advertising.

• Preferred: familiarity with measurement and incrementality, geo tests, MMM, holdouts, and MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust.

• Preferred: experience with n8n, Zapier, Python scripting, or constructing AI agents.
