Workday Benefits Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Workday Benefits implementations, from initial scoping and discovery to go-live and hypercare.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to convert intricate business requirements into scalable design decisions, operating model alignments, and HR transformations.

• Design complex calculation tags, sophisticated benefit groups, and automated enrollment rules that are built for scalability.

• Advise clients on strategic deployment roadmaps and assess release capabilities for sustainable value creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in leading Workday Benefits implementations from the foundational phase through to cutover and launch.

• Outstanding consulting skills to challenge outdated processes, guide decision-making, and present clear strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives.

• Demonstrated success in designing scalable, innovative architectures and executing complex structural transformations.

• Capability to facilitate discovery sessions, manage scope, and achieve consensus among multi-disciplinary client teams.

• Candidates must possess work authorization in the country they are applying to, which does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship for employment authorization in the Employing Country.
