Solutions & Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design technical specifications, blueprints, and solutions that adhere to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Develop scalable and cost-efficient technical solutions for both new and existing clients.

• Oversee client-facing implementations from initial concept and design through to testing and deployment.

• Manage project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

• Assess business, technical, security, reporting, legal, and regulatory needs.

• Collaborate with both internal and partner teams to establish functional requirements.

• Document solutions through Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Software Design Documents (SDDs), custom design flowcharts, and a project knowledge repository.

• Analyze existing solutions to enhance performance, integrity, quality, and maintainability.

• Act as a technical consultant during pre-sales discussions and implementation phases.

• Interact with C-level executives and cross-functional teams, including GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, and Data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a related role.

• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex technical solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive and strategic thinker.

• Outstanding multitasking and prioritization skills.

• Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and associated technologies.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/Miro, Asana, Salesforce, Azure, and similar tools.

• Strong business acumen with basic understanding of commercial and contractual matters.

• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Fintech experience is highly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel as required.
