Senior Solutions – Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design comprehensive solutions, technical specifications, and blueprints that are in line with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

• Develop innovative, scalable, and cost-efficient technical solutions for both new and existing clients.

• Oversee the implementation process, from initial concept and design through testing and final deployment.

• Act as the primary project representative and client liaison.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet established milestones.

• Assess business, technical, security, reporting, legal, and regulatory needs to evaluate feasibility.

• Work collaboratively with internal and partner teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.

• Document solutions through Business Requirement Documents, Solution Design Documents, custom design flowcharts, and a project knowledge repository.

• Perform reviews of existing solutions and suggest performance improvements.

• Function as a trusted advisor and technical expert during pre-sales discussions and throughout the implementation phases.

• Interact with C-level executives and cross-functional teams across GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, and Data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a comparable role.

• Demonstrated success in designing and executing complex technical solutions.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset with strategic thinking abilities.

• Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.

• Knowledge of APIs, SaaS products, and related technologies.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/Miro, Asana, Salesforce, Azure, etc.

• Strong understanding of business principles and a basic comfort level with commercial contracts.

• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Background in fintech is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Openness to travel as necessary.
