Senior Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for enterprise clients, including data migration, implementation, and training.

• Manage implementation project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and plans.

• Coordinate efforts among executive sponsors, firm administrators, and end users.

• Conduct kickoff meetings, process evaluations, configuration workshops, and training sessions.

• Provide guidance to customers on workflow design, firm operations, and change management strategies.

• Facilitate the adoption of new processes while addressing any resistance.

• Import contacts and work items utilizing Excel and other tools.

• Identify potential project delays and adoption risks, implementing mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.

• Drive measurable return on investment (ROI) for customers and ensure long-term platform success.

• Employ ChatGPT licenses and AI-driven workflow automations for effective planning, communication, and optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.

• 2+ years of comprehensive technical implementation experience.

• Proven experience in project management and handling multiple customer projects concurrently.

• Skilled in facilitating workshops and engaging in executive-level discussions.

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

• Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear and actionable steps.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to follow-through.

• Experience managing data and systems during migrations and configurations.

• Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

• Comfortable with remote work and capable of managing time independently.
