Senior Implementation Engineer – MANTL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate implementation projects by independently configuring, customizing, and validating Alkami Digital Banking products along with third-party integrations across various client environments.

• Analyze and resolve complex technical implementation challenges through root-cause analysis and assessment of system behaviors.

• Act as the primary technical resource for designated implementation projects.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.

• Design and perform implementation validation activities, testing strategies, and troubleshooting.

• Assist with complex third-party integrations and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Propose implementation solutions that align with client requirements, operational best practices, and platform capabilities.

• Create and maintain configuration records, troubleshooting procedures, technical runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials.

• Identify inefficiencies in the implementation process and recommend improvements in workflows, tools, or support.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced implementation engineers.

• Facilitate technical discussions and translate complex ideas into actionable recommendations.

• Manage multiple complex implementation priorities across simultaneous engagements.

• Support post-go-live stabilization, escalated issue resolution, and client adoption.

• Provide implementation feedback and opportunities for platform enhancements to product and engineering teams.

• Adapt implementation methodologies to fit unique client environments and changing business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in leading software implementations, technical consulting engagements, systems integrations, or complex client onboarding initiatives within SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or related technical environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.

• Advanced experience in configuring and implementing SaaS platforms or digital banking solutions.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Experience with relational databases including MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres.

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across integrations, configurations, and platform functionality.

• Ability to effectively manage complex technical implementation projects and priorities independently.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical implementation methodologies.

• Capability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in developing technical documentation, implementation procedures, and operational best practices.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced client environments.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting fintech, digital banking, or financial services technology implementations.

• Preferred: Knowledge of scripting or technical automation concepts.

• Preferred: Experience working with third-party vendors and external integration partners.

• Preferred: Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
