This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a subject-matter expert in Workday HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Workday Recruiting.
β’ Evaluate and provide recommendations on annual compensation processes, including setup, execution, and support.
β’ Analyze current Workday configuration to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Offer guidance on best-practice configurations for compensation plans, eligibility, and related business processes.
β’ Design and propose solutions that align with global compensation standards and the Workday roadmap.
β’ Develop and review Workday reports and calculated fields associated with compensation.
β’ Provide advice on and review Workday business processes, notifications, and controls.
β’ Assist in root-cause analysis of compensation-related issues and suggest corrective measures.
β’ Collaborate with HRIT and Total Rewards to document requirements, assess solution designs, and confirm configuration approaches.
β’ Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT from an advisory and quality assurance perspective.
β’ Work in partnership with internal HRIT, Total Rewards, and external partners.
β’ Report directly to the IT Manager HR IS/IT.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
β’ Solid working knowledge of Workday Core Compensation and HCM.
β’ Proven track record in supporting or advising on annual compensation cycles.
β’ Capability to convert business requirements into actionable Workday configuration guidance.
β’ Experience in reviewing or advising on reports, calculated fields, and business process configurations.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex Workday concepts clearly.
β’ Collaborative and consultative working approach.
β’ Familiarity with Workday integrations that affect compensation processes.
β’ Experience in global or multi-country compensation settings.
β’ Previous advisory or consulting experience supporting HRIT / Total Rewards teams.
β’ Availability during US EST time zone to collaborate directly with Total Rewards SMEs.
