This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a bridge between Human Resources and designated business units.
• Offer leadership, consultation, and support to employees and management across all levels.
• Align HR initiatives with business objectives and provide guidance on HR policies and related issues.
• Address and resolve intricate employee relations matters while conducting impartial investigations.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex HR inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions.
• Manage routine HR functions such as processing offer letters, addressing benefits and payroll queries, overseeing performance management, interpreting policies, and executing other transactions.
• Deliver accurate and timely HR services to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend goals, challenges, and workforce requirements.
• Mentor leaders on team dynamics, organizational effectiveness, and individual performance.
• Identify HR needs, opportunities, solutions, and risks related to workforce productivity, retention, engagement, organizational design, performance, and talent management.
• Evaluate organizational requirements and lead or assist in the execution of scalable solutions.
• Analyze workforce data to communicate trends, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Provide daily performance management support, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary measures.
• Enhance workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention rates.
• Establish and uphold service-level agreements while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with site HR Managers, the Director, and VP to ensure tactical decisions align with HR strategy.
• Participate in bi-weekly HR Manager/HRBP meetings.
• Identify chances to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiencies.
• Keep abreast of employment laws and collaborate with Legal as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Over 8 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• More than 3 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations challenges.
• Familiarity with compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws at both federal and state levels.
• Comprehensive understanding of current legal regulations governing the labor market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) or similar software.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
• Understanding of organizational hierarchy, job roles, qualifications, compensation practices, and associated administrative processes.
• Strong insight into finance department planning, analysis, reporting, and controls.
• Capability to manage confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
