This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement Energy Vault's global talent strategy to drive business expansion and meet workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with executive leaders on workforce planning, organizational capabilities, learning and development, and strategies for employee retention.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive company-wide learning and development strategy.
• Identify critical moments in the employee lifecycle that impact engagement and retention.
• Design and lead strategies focused on employee retention.
• Establish frameworks for career advancement and development paths.
• Create training programs for managers covering coaching, feedback, performance management, employee development, difficult conversations, inclusion, change leadership, and employee engagement.
• Set up measurement frameworks to evaluate learning, talent development, and retention efforts.
• Oversee global recruitment initiatives across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and enhance the experiences of candidates and hiring managers.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Define recruiting metrics and enhance hiring outcomes.
• Strengthen the employer brand and enhance talent market visibility.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on career site content, social recruiting, and talent attraction initiatives.
• Monitor and enhance the organization's presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other talent platforms.
• Lead workforce planning efforts using talent analytics and market insights.
• Optimize recruiting processes, systems, and vendor partnerships.
• Design and supervise onboarding programs.
• Partner with People Operations on development plans, mentoring, coaching, and learning opportunities.
• Promote continuous learning, feedback, inclusion, accountability, and growth initiatives.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
• Cultivate accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
• Establish scalable talent practices that support global growth.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or Human Resources.
• More than 5 years of experience leading global Talent Acquisition teams.
• Profound understanding of workforce planning, talent analytics, employer branding, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience in early-stage companies and/or the energy storage sector is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, prioritization abilities, a sense of urgency, adaptability, and a focus on data.
• Sound judgment with the capability to recognize and protect confidential information.
• Ambitious with a natural motivation to learn, impress, and deliver with minimal structure and guidance.
• Find joy and fulfillment in collaborating with and assisting others.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally, up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
