πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver thorough daily operational assistance to the Human Resources Business Partner team.

β€’ Implement HR policies and procedures while beginning resource planning initiatives.

β€’ Facilitate interdepartmental communication and support HRBP client groups effectively.

β€’ Assist with HR transactions including document management, HRIS data entry, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and special projects.

β€’ Conduct research and compile HR data and metrics to bolster HR strategy.

β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies.

β€’ Address inquiries from both internal and external customers, providing timely updates.

β€’ Coordinate the employee onboarding process alongside Talent Acquisition, the HR Business Partner, and the hiring manager.

β€’ Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

β€’ Stay informed on HR trends, regulatory updates, best practices, and technologies.

β€’ Guarantee that employee files and records are maintained securely and appropriately.

β€’ Resolve employee concerns swiftly to improve satisfaction levels.

β€’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is required.

β€’ A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience as a Human Resources professional is required.

β€’ An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

β€’ PHR/SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

β€’ Experience in serving a remote workforce is preferred.

β€’ Background in higher education is preferred.

β€’ Experience in a technology-driven enterprise is preferred.

β€’ Proficient understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR principles, practices, and processes.

β€’ Ability to organize documents and manage workflow efficiently.

β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

β€’ Capability to build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, and leadership.

β€’ Proficient oral and written communication skills.

β€’ Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

β€’ Intermediate knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software related to Human Resources Information Systems.

β€’ No travel is required.
