This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a reliable HR Business Partner for leaders, managers, and individual contributors within Engineering and Product.
β’ Establish strong relationships with stakeholders throughout R&D divisions reporting to the CTO and CPO.
β’ Guide managers on performance management, providing feedback, employee development, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
β’ Facilitate performance management processes, including coaching, documentation, performance improvement discussions, and addressing complex employee situations.
β’ Conduct exit interviews to gather insights on recurring themes and trends.
β’ Independently handle employee relations issues and collaborate with Legal and cross-functional partners as necessary.
β’ Assist in executing compensation reviews, the Employee Growth Cycle, and the Your Voice Matters employee engagement survey.
β’ Identify talent trends, organizational challenges, and opportunities, converting insights into actionable recommendations and plans.
β’ Ensure uniform application of Motive policies, HR practices, and employment standards across the organization.
β’ Work with the Lead HRBP and People cross-functional partners on key initiatives and continuity efforts.
β’ Provide global support to employees regarding People programs and processes.
β’ Offer interim coverage during a leave and transition period for an initial duration of six months.
β’ Over 8 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial HRBP experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations that operate globally.
β’ Background in supporting technical client groups such as Engineering, Product, or broader R&D sectors.
β’ Exceptional coaching skills for managers in areas including performance management, employee development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
β’ Proven experience managing employee relations issues with sound judgment, thorough documentation, and a high level of discretion.
β’ Familiarity with compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and key talent programs such as performance reviews and growth or development cycles.
β’ Ability to utilize AI tools to enhance HR processes and employee experiences while maintaining confidentiality and exercising good judgment.
β’ Strong business insight and a commitment to operational excellence.
β’ Capacity to quickly gain trust and credibility with leaders, managers, and employees at various levels.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ High degree of ownership, focus on execution, and comfort in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
β’ HR certification and experience in supporting globally distributed teams are advantageous.
β’ Candidate must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
