This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain a versatile, modular design system and a custom Gutenberg component library in accordance with design specifications.

• Develop bespoke landing page builders, modular homepage functionalities, and organized editorial category templates.

• Execute a “Shop the Story” headless Shopify experience for integrating product catalogs within editorial content.

• Incorporate membership application and contact forms with automated CRM lead routing and email marketing workflows utilizing Attio and Klaviyo.

• Guarantee complete responsiveness, appropriate Schema.org markup, web performance optimization, and analytics tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in custom WordPress development (PHP 8.x), including custom post types, custom taxonomies, and structured publishing workflows for editors.

• Extensive knowledge in creating modular custom Gutenberg blocks using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) for scalable design systems/component libraries.

• Practical experience with headless Shopify catalog/cart implementations, shoppable product tagging within articles, and routing Shopify checkout through the WordPress front end.

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs/GraphQL and data interactions between web forms, CRMs like Attio, and email platforms such as Klaviyo.

• Strong comprehension of Schema.org structured data, dynamic SEO tags, Core Web Vitals optimization, and GDPR/Cookie compliance implementations.

• Proficient with Git, Composer, npm/webpack, CI/CD, and local development environments such as Docker, DDEV, or LocalWP.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
