RPGLE Developer, IBM iSeries, AS400

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, test, and implement RPGLE applications.

• Provide support and maintenance for existing IBM iSeries (AS/400) applications.

• Develop CL programs and Embedded SQL for application purposes.

• Enhance DB2 database performance and ensure efficient data access.

• Debug, validate, and test enhancements to applications and modifications to legacy systems.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in RPG IV (ILE RPG) and RPG Free development.

• Proficient in CL Programming and Embedded SQL.

• Practical experience with IBM iSeries (AS/400).

• Expertise in DB2 database performance tuning and optimization.

• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies.

• Experience in application testing, quality assurance, debugging, and technical documentation.
