Wholesale Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic Wholesale initiatives.

• Manage cross-functional programs from start to finish, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.

• Develop and uphold project plans that encompass scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets.

• Proactively identify risks and obstacles, implementing actions to maintain program momentum.

• Convert business objectives into actionable deliverables and execution strategies.

• Foster communication and coordination across teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities.

• Monitor milestones and deliverables, providing management with clear visibility into program status.

• Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for each initiative.

• Employ AI and automation tools to enhance process efficiency and elevate program execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Program or Project Management, directing complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.

• Strong background in Retail and/or Wholesale, with a deep understanding of its operational intricacies and stakeholders.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently, taking ownership of scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.

• Practical experience in a PMO or structured program management setting.

• Strong knowledge of and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders, fostering alignment and accountability.

• Experience in utilizing AI and automation tools to optimize workflows and enhance execution efficiency.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• PMP certification is an advantage.
