Program Manager – VA OCDAO Data and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the C0 Enterprise Data and Analytics Integrator work stream, integrating work streams C1 through C4.

• Establish and communicate the baseline for outcome metrics, extending up to 12 months, while adhering to the principles of Reduce, Reuse, Alignment, and Efficiency.

• Manage the project’s cost, schedule, scope, quality, and staffing requirements.

• Coordinate with teaming partners and manage surge tier orders.

• Act as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative and the OCDAO leadership team.

• Ensure consolidated accountability for the data and analytics initiatives encompassing business analytics, data governance, enterprise data architecture, and mission success support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a VA Tier 1 / Low Risk background investigation.

• Completion of VA privacy and security training is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is necessary.

• Minimum of 15 years in program or project management, specifically in managing IT or data programs.

• Experience with VA OIT program management at a similar scale (approximately 40 FTEs plus surge) is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

• Background in data and analytics, data governance, or enterprise architecture programs is preferred.
