Senior IT Program Analyst, Process Modeler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop new business process models

• Revise existing business process models

• Manage content within the Process Asset Library

• Assist with the refresh of Business Architecture

• Create architecture documentation throughout the IT lifecycle

• Construct and sustain VA business process models for the enterprise data architecture work stream

• Generate approximately 35–40 new models and update around 60–70 models each year

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a VA Tier 1 / Low Risk background investigation

• Complete necessary VA privacy and security training

• Possess a high school diploma or GED

• Have over 10 years of experience in IT systems life cycle, architecture, or process modeling

• Experience with process modeling in VA enterprise architecture tools (VEAR/VASI, System Architect) is preferred

• Familiarity with BPMN or similar process notation is preferred
