This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive and surpass quarterly and annual wholesale sales targets throughout Canada.
• Formulate sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and new direct door objectives.
• Identify and secure new strategic wholesale partnerships, including authorized distributors, LPs, multi-unit retail chains, and smoke/lifestyle shops.
• Enhance sales of closed system offerings with current brand partners.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, purchasing leads, executive decision-makers, distributors, retail accounts, and LPs.
• Conduct business reviews that encompass sales data, revenue, and inventory forecasts.
• Broaden product assortments through cross-selling within the PAX portfolio.
• Structure, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements, volume discounts, and payment terms.
• Participate in trade shows, demos, pop-ups, training sessions, and industry events.
• Provide virtual and in-person product training for retail buyers, sales teams, and budtenders.
• Spearhead the rollout of new devices, colorways, and accessories across the wholesale partner network.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales forecasts in collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations.
• Maintain account records, lead tracking, and deal stages within company platforms.
• Keep abreast of competitive trends, retail pricing, regulatory changes, and market opportunities.
• Oversee, mentor, and potentially grow the Canadian Wholesale team.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful outcomes.
• 5–8+ years of demonstrated B2B sales or key account management experience in CPG, consumer electronics, vape/cannabis hardware, or lifestyle consumer products.
• Strong familiarity with Canadian wholesale B2B operations and distribution channels, including smoke shops, dispensaries, LPs, and regional chains.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales objectives, scaling wholesale accounts, and growing Canadian accounts.
• Data-driven approach with expertise in sell-through analysis, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and contract negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software, ERP systems, Google Workspace, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 35% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Variable bonus of CAD $25,000.
