• Engage in regular live training sessions and collaborate with the team.

• Generate and nurture qualified inquiries through digital marketing initiatives.

• Establish trusted relationships with potential clients via phone, Zoom, and email.

• Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews to evaluate client suitability and alignment.

• Onboard, mentor, coach, and support team members as they embark on their development journey.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, client communications, and administrative procedures.

• Provide consistent and professional follow-up throughout the client journey.
