This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Oversee the daily operations, performance monitoring, and enhancement of loyalty, incentive, and engagement programs aimed at contractors.
β’ Act as the main marketing liaison for key strategic contractor accounts.
β’ Promote program involvement and engagement to foster customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
β’ Create business solutions tailored for strategic partners within the new construction, repair, and remodeling sectors.
β’ Assist in customer advocacy, lead nurturing, contractor/builder collateral strategy, training, and engagement events.
β’ Work alongside field sales teams and strategic account managers to execute pull strategies.
β’ Oversee the rules of the Contractor Loyalty Program, product eligibility, accuracy of contractor data, and adherence to compliance standards.
β’ Formulate enrollment strategies and manage the onboarding, enrollment, and field enablement of contractors.
β’ Construct customer benefit sets, promotions, incentives, training materials, onboarding guides, and promotional tools.
β’ Facilitate loyalty-platform initiatives, contractor education events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
β’ Design contractor prospect nurturing strategies, selling tools, conversion incentives, and event plans.
β’ Assist in national and regional trade shows and distributor events.
β’ Provide monthly program performance reports.
β’ Create segmented contractor datasets, define segment insights, and share analytics.
β’ Aid in local contractor data and territory action plans.
β’ Collaborate with IT, vendors, and data teams to enhance contractor data and insights.
β’ Develop builder pitch decks, brochures, sell sheets, image libraries, and other sales tools.
β’ Assist homeowner-facing design centers and co-branded homeowner campaigns.
β’ Create and scale multi-home incentive programs for builder utilization and product preference.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Over 2 years of experience managing loyalty or credentialing programs.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in marketing roles emphasizing pull strategies and engagement initiatives with trade audiences.
β’ Preferred understanding of the new construction, repair, and remodeling industries, as well as contractor and builder segments.
β’ Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns and initiatives, including managing key account relationships.
β’ Proficient in marketing tools and software applications.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects at once.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
