Junior Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for user-generated content (UGC) and marketing purposes.

• Create a comprehensive spreadsheet of creators and manage initial outreach efforts.

• Collaborate internally and externally to oversee content workflows.

• Film and produce basic UGC when comfortable with the process.

• Execute and organize fundamental design tasks for social media posts, banners, affiliate creatives, and other similar graphics.

• Conduct competitor and market research to inform marketing strategies, promotions, campaigns, and partnership discussions.

• Ensure alignment among social, email, paid, and affiliate teams regarding offers, timelines, and resources.

• Offer engagement and response support across social media channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related field; internships and personal projects are considered.

• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including knowledge of content performance factors on each platform.

• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through, particularly with spreadsheets and tracking tools.

• Clear and professional written communication for outreach and cross-team collaboration.

• Ability to manage multiple small, execution-focused tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

• Comfort with filming and editing short-form, UGC-style videos is an advantage.

• Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools are a plus.

• Experience in creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing is a bonus.

• Interest in or knowledge of cryptocurrency, tokenized assets, and foreign exchange trading communities is advantageous.

• Flexible working hours to facilitate collaboration across various time zones, including the U.S., if required, as specified in the application form.

• Completion of work authorization and sponsorship-status questions in the application form is mandatory.
