Marketing Manager, Allergy

📋 Description

• Oversee marketing support for the U.S. strategy regarding the allergy product portfolio.

• Promote product growth, adoption, usage, integration across channels, and overall market pull-through.

• Manage the introduction and development of new allergy products, encompassing pre-registration, internalization of FDA-cleared products, operational support, go-to-market strategies, sales deployment, and marketing initiatives.

• Leverage market insights, customer requirements, competitive analysis, and testing trends to uncover opportunities for portfolio expansion.

• Create strategies for product positioning, segmentation, and differentiation.

• Enhance understanding of the allergy testing landscape and the needs of key stakeholders.

• Act as the product authority and primary contact for sales, sales training, leadership, clinical and scientific affairs, operations, national accounts, and cross-functional collaborators.

• Monitor essential market metrics and relay strategic choices, opportunities, and initiatives to leadership.

• Assist in sales enablement efforts for the allergy portfolio.

• Integrate market data, customer feedback, and field intelligence to refine sales resources and strategies.

• Formulate and execute sales initiatives utilizing target analysis, segmentation, opportunity recognition, competitive positioning, and distribution through sales platforms.

• Convert product, clinical, and market insights into compelling value propositions, messages, and sales tools.

• Design and execute digital initiatives and campaigns for allergy products.

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage marketing projects alongside agencies, content creators, marketing technology, digital teams, and clinical and scientific affairs.

• Create integrated marketing programs targeting healthcare providers and laboratorians.

• Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies that encompass digital marketing, campaigns, conferences, email marketing, webinars, live events, and unconventional channels.

• Assess campaign and program outcomes to refine marketing investments and boost commercial effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; preferred fields of study include business, marketing, or science.

• Proven success in marketing, product management, business development, or related positions.

• Experience with multi-channel market campaigns, including messaging, programs, and tactics aimed at enhancing awareness, adoption, and usage.

• Background in healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, medical devices, sales, pharmaceuticals, or similar settings.

• Capacity to facilitate market research and analyze market segments, customer demands, market trends, growth rates, competitive dynamics, business trends, and expansion prospects.

• Strong skills in project and task management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven effectiveness in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to comprehend, influence, and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability in delivering impactful presentations.

• Proficient in analyzing and reporting on effectiveness through established metrics and dashboards.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to support and thrive in a virtual work environment.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%, including occasional weekends and international trips.

• Must be able to utilize various forms of transportation, including car and airplane.
