This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Establish and nurture relationships with a portfolio of automotive dealership clients.
• Manage full and/or complex account responsibilities.
• Comprehend and clearly communicate customer user challenges while effectively triaging and prioritizing bugs and issues.
• Provide prompt responses to dealership inquiries, resolving most issues on the spot.
• Deliver monthly reports to customers focusing on KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership for consideration.
• Clearly communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines to clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to develop product backlogs, monitor cases, and assess team efficiency.
• Propel portfolio application growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades.
• Oversee account progression and outcomes to enhance client retention.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests.
• Suggest improvements for website performance, creative services, third-party advisories, and responsive design enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency work, and/or automotive retail management.
• Familiarity with dealership operations.
• Capability to effectively engage with all levels within the dealership.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in customer service and relationship management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, website strategies and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
• Must reside in the Continental U.S.; preference for candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
