This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Formulate, convey, and execute both short-term and long-term sales and operational strategies for the market.
• Enhance market share and elevate brand visibility.
• Assess monthly performance against sales and operational plans and make necessary adjustments.
• Monitor competitors and provide recommendations on pricing, services, and product offerings.
• Collaborate with field sales to discover and nurture new business relationships.
• Supervise district profit and loss, overseeing expenses to maximize profits and minimize losses.
• Conduct monthly financial evaluations with store leadership.
• Inspire, engage, and motivate a predominantly mobile workforce.
• Foster an encouraging atmosphere that promotes employee retention and a superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with national leaders to standardize best practices and roll out the regional playbook.
• Propel change management initiatives and their adoption in the field.
• Ensure the completion of annual Talent Review Processes and mentor underperforming associates.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline is required.
• A valid driver’s license issued by the state is required.
• Over 6 years of leadership experience in an operations and sales context.
• Experience in the auto aftermarket is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales, marketing, and operational techniques/expertise.
• Capacity to indirectly lead, coach, and drive results through others.
• Ability to develop associates to achieve their individual/career objectives alongside organizational KPIs.
• Professional appearance and adherence to personal protective equipment protocols.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
