πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Drive the performance of aftersales across a specified region.

β€’ Collaborate with dealership leadership to implement GM Customer Care & Aftersales initiatives.

β€’ Enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.

β€’ Report directly to the Zone Manager of Parts and Service.

β€’ Take ownership of district performance concerning revenue, customer retention, and overall customer experience.

β€’ Provide guidance to dealer leadership and cultivate strategic partnerships.

β€’ Execute CCA programs and initiatives to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

β€’ Lead standardized processes for dealer communication.

β€’ Evaluate dealership marketing and merchandising strategies, suggesting improvements to boost service lane traffic.

β€’ Create and implement annual business plans based on data-driven insights.

β€’ Assess dealership performance, identify trends, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

β€’ Address aftersales customer issues related to SPAC, CAC, TAC, goodwill, warranty, and policy requests.

β€’ Monitor KPIs, including SRT objectives, NPS, customer retention, STS compliance, and EV training and compliance.

β€’ Utilize expertise in automotive parts and service operations, dealer operating reports, fixed operations analysis tools, profit department structures, and consultative selling.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

β€’ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, Service, or Operations, demonstrating a successful history of driving revenue growth.

β€’ Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and business acumen, particularly in service operations, warranty processes, and customer experience management is highly preferred.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 50% to various locations within the territory.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.

β€’ Must currently reside in New Hampshire or northern Massachusetts, or be prepared to relocate to Manchester, NH, or an area approved by leadership within 60 days of the start date.

β€’ Must not require GM immigration-related sponsorship now or in the future.

β€’ Must legally be able to operate a motor vehicle and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review.
