This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Manage website relationships for a portfolio of automotive dealership clients.
• Lead the vision and execution of website products with a proactive mindset.
• Address dealership inquiries and resolve the majority of issues promptly.
• Oversee product retention and present enhancements that generate revenue and non-revenue opportunities.
• Identify avenues for growth, upselling, expansion, and upgrades within the portfolio.
• Foster and maintain client relationships while prioritizing customer needs.
• Handle full and/or complex account loads effectively.
• Comprehend and articulate user issues while triaging and prioritizing bugs and challenges.
• Produce monthly customer reports that cover KPIs, engagement rates, lead submissions, behavior, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines clearly to customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and measure team performance.
• Monitor account progress and results to enhance external client retention.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests.
• Suggest site performance improvements and enhancements related to creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design.
• BS/BA in a relevant field OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.
• Understanding of dealership operations and the capability to collaborate with all levels within the dealership.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.
• Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategies and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Availability to support Eastern business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Candidates must reside in the Continental U.S.; preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
