This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with website clients in the automotive dealership sector.

• Spearhead the vision and execution of website product offerings.

• Quickly address dealership inquiries and resolve most issues promptly.

• Oversee product retention and present enhancements that generate revenue and non-revenue opportunities.

• Foster growth of portfolio applications through upselling, expansion, and upgrades.

• Develop and sustain client relationships while managing a diverse and/or complex account portfolio.

• Comprehend and communicate user challenges, prioritizing bugs and issues effectively.

• Implement monthly reporting for customers, covering KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and client priorities.

• Evaluate, prioritize, and relay customer feature requests to leadership.

• Keep clients informed about priorities, timelines, and deadlines.

• Utilize Salesforce for creating product backlogs, tracking cases, and monitoring team performance.

• Oversee account progress and results to enhance client retention.

• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests.

• Suggest improvements for site performance, creative services, third-party advice, and responsive design.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR a comparable mix of education and experience.

• At least 2-3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.

• Proven understanding of dealership operations.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels within a dealership.

• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.

• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.

• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities.

• Proven customer service skills and relationship management expertise.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.

• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset.

• Capability to work independently.

• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (PST).

• Must reside in the Continental U.S., with a preference for candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
