Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and order processing.

• Establish and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels.

• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management within the warehouse team.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to warehouse safety regulations.

• Create and evaluate warehouse operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

• Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to enhance efficiency and capacity.

• Manage the order fulfillment processes to guarantee accurate and timely order processing.

• Promote operational excellence in alignment with company growth and customer satisfaction objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as APICS, CPIM, or CSCP are preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, fulfillment operations, or logistics.

• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or manufacturing settings is preferred.

• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.

• Proven ability to manage and lead warehouse teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

• Experience in designing warehouse layouts, optimizing space, and implementing process improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in warehouse operations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and respond to KPIs.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with supply chain, operations, and customer service teams.

• Able to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
