This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage and cultivate website partnerships for automotive dealership clients
β’ Lead the vision and execution of website products
β’ Provide prompt support and responses to dealership inquiries, resolving most issues on the spot
β’ Enhance product retention and showcase both revenue-generating and non-revenue-generating improvements
β’ Spot opportunities for growth in portfolio applications, including upsells, expansions, and upgrades
β’ Develop and sustain client relationships while handling a comprehensive and/or complex account load
β’ Comprehend and effectively communicate user issues while prioritizing and triaging bugs and challenges
β’ Deliver monthly reports to customers that encompass KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities
β’ Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership
β’ Share updates on priorities, timelines, and deadlines while offering guidance to customers
β’ Utilize Salesforce to establish product backlogs, track cases, and assess team productivity
β’ Independently oversee account progress and outcomes to aid in client retention
β’ Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests
β’ Suggest enhancements for site performance involving creative services, third-party advisement, design responsiveness, and more
β’ Monitor KPIs such as retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy
β’ Bachelor's degree in a related field OR a comparable combination of education and experience
β’ At least 2β3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management
β’ Familiarity with dealership operations
β’ Capability to work effectively with all levels within the dealership
β’ Proficient knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing
β’ Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.
β’ Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills
β’ Expertise in customer service and relationship management
β’ Ability to operate independently and collaborate in a team setting
β’ Knowledge of Salesforce
β’ Competence in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
β’ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website strategies and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics
β’ Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
β’ Must reside in the Continental U.S.; preference for Mountain or Pacific time zones, though all candidates who can support 8:30 AMβ5:30 PM PST are encouraged to apply
