This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage website relationships for a portfolio of automotive dealership clients.
• Lead the vision and implementation of website products.
• Provide prompt support and responses to dealership inquiries, resolving most issues immediately.
• Enhance product retention and present both revenue- and non-revenue-generating improvements.
• Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, expansion, and upgrades within the portfolio.
• Foster and maintain client relationships while prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee a complete and/or intricate account load.
• Comprehend and articulate user issues while triaging and prioritizing bugs and concerns.
• Execute monthly customer reporting that includes KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines effectively to customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor team efficiency.
• Manage account progress and results to ensure external client retention.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests.
• Recommend site performance improvements and enhancements involving creative services, third-party advisements, and design responsiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.
• Understanding of dealership operations with the ability to work effectively at all levels within the dealership.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.
• Proficient written, verbal, and phone communication skills along with interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer service skills and relationship management capabilities.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
