This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage website relationships for automotive dealership clients.
• Lead the vision and implementation of website products.
• Address dealership inquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure product retention while presenting enhancements that generate revenue and non-revenue.
• Foster portfolio application growth through relationship building and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships across a diverse client portfolio.
• Oversee a comprehensive and/or intricate account load.
• Comprehend and communicate user challenges; prioritize and triage bugs and issues.
• Prepare monthly customer reports that include KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and convey customer feature requests to leadership.
• Inform customers about priorities, timelines, and deadlines.
• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and assess team performance.
• Drive portfolio growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades.
• Monitor account progression and results to ensure client retention.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments.
• Suggest site performance improvements and enhancements, including creative services, third-party recommendations, and design responsiveness.
• BS/BA in a related field OR a comparable combination of education and experience.
• At least 2–3 years of progressively successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.
• Understanding of dealership operations and the ability to effectively work with all levels within the dealership.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient customer service skills and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Capability to work independently.
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
• Candidates must live in the Continental U.S.; preference for those in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
