This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage website relationships for automotive dealership clients.

• Propel the vision and execution of website products.

• Provide prompt support and solutions to dealership inquiries and challenges.

• Oversee product retention while presenting enhancements that drive revenue and non-revenue growth.

• Aid in the growth of portfolio applications and identify opportunities for upselling, expansion, and upgrades.

• Monitor and uphold customer satisfaction.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships within a portfolio of clients.

• Handle comprehensive and/or complex account loads.

• Comprehend and articulate user issues, triaging and prioritizing bugs and concerns.

• Implement monthly customer reporting covering KPIs, engagement metrics, lead submissions, behavior analysis, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.

• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership.

• Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines to clients.

• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, manage cases, and track team performance.

• Oversee account progress and results to enhance external client retention.

• Collaborate with digital teams, creative services, and other inter-departmental divisions.

• Recommend enhancements to site performance involving creative services, third-party recommendations, and responsive design.

• Track KPIs including retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.

• Demonstrated knowledge of dealership operations.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels within the dealership.

• Practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.

• Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.).

• Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional customer service skills and relationship management capabilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.

• Candidates must reside in the Continental U.S.; preference for Mountain or Pacific time zones.
